07:35 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia ( NVDA ) is expected to present Wednesday its arguments at the US Supreme Court in its appeal of a court decision allowing a securities fraud lawsuit, Reuters reported.

The 2018 class action lawsuit accuses the company of making statements in 2017 and 2018 that falsely downplayed how much of its revenue growth was pumped by purchases of cryptocurrencies, according to the report.

The semiconductor giant did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
