04:49 AM EST, 03/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia's ( NVDA ) latest investments in Anthropic and OpenAI could be the chipmaking giant's last in the two artificial intelligence companies, as they prepare to go public this year, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing Nvidia ( NVDA ) Chief Executive Jensen Huang.
The opportunity to invest $100 billion in OpenAI is probably not in the cards as the parent of generative AI chatbot ChatGPT is set to go public later in 2026, the news agency quoted Huang as saying.
Anthropic has not finalized an IPO decision, Reuters reported, citing the company.
OpenAI and Anthropic didn't immediately respond to Reuters' requests for comment, according to the report.
