Market Chatter: NXP Semiconductors Expects Up to 10% of Revenue From India in 3 to 5 Years

01:19 PM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NXP Semiconductors ( NXPI ) expects 8% to 10% of revenue from India in the next three to five years, Reuters reported Monday, citing NXP India head Hitesh Garg.

The company aims to benefit from India's growing automotive and industrial sectors, Garg said on the sidelines of an industry event in Bengaluru, Reuters reported.

Expanding in markets including India the region can help offset uncertainties related to sales in China, the executive said, according to Reuters.

NXP Semiconductors ( NXPI ) didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
