02:35 PM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Olo (OLO) is considering a potential sale to interested suitors, Bloomberg reported late Wednesday, citing sources.

The restaurant software provider is working with a financial advisor on the sale and could appeal to companies like Toast (TOST) and Oracle (ORCL), the report added.

The company's deliberations are in early stages and it could opt against a deal, the report said, citing people familiar with the matter.

Olo didn't immediately respond to a comment request from MT Newswires.

Shares were up over 13% in recent trading.
