04:38 PM EDT, 09/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle (ORCL) is in talks with Meta Platforms ( META ) for a cloud computing deal worth about $20 billion, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Under the multiyear agreement, Oracle would supply the tech giant with computing power to support the training and deployment of artificial intelligence models, according to the report.

The overall commitment could increase, and terms of the deal could still be revised before a final agreement is reached, the report added.

Oracle and Meta did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
