06:38 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle (ORCL) is in talks with Skydance Media for an up to $100 million per year cloud deal once the media production company's acquisition of Paramount Global ( PARAA ) is completed, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
"The agreement would see Paramount and its subsidiaries using Oracle's cloud software, the people said," according to Bloomberg.
The deal could potentially save Paramount hundreds of millions of dollars as it updates its systems, according to one of the people familiar with the plans, the report said.
Skydance, Paramount, and Oracle didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
