01:31 PM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle's (ORCL) chief security officer, Mary Ann Davidson, is leaving as part of a reorganization after 37 years at the company, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing a person familiar with the matter.

In a June filing, the company said day-to-day cybersecurity operations are overseen by Senior Vice President Robert Duhart, according to the report.

Davidson didn't reply to a request for comment, and Oracle didn't provide a comment, Bloomberg reported.
