05:25 AM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Skydance ( PSKY ) , Comcast ( CMCSA ) , and Netflix ( NFLX ) have submitted nonbinding bids for Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) , The Wall Street Journal reported late Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Of the three potential suitors, only Paramount is pursuing all of Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ), including its cable channels, according to the report.

Paramount, Comcast ( CMCSA ), Netflix ( NFLX ), and Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
