06:41 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PDD's (PDD) global e-commerce platform Temu has resumed goods shipments directly from China to the United States, the Financial Times reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The report said that Temu reinstated fully managed shipments where it handles most of the logistics and customs formalities on behalf of suppliers in July, after suspending them in May.
The report added that Temu has also increased its spending on advertising in the United States, and expects ad spending to return to levels seen in Q1 before US President Trump imposed sweeping tariffs on China.
Temu did not immediately respond to an MT Newswires request for comment.
