11:03 AM EST, 11/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Perella Weinberg Partners' ( PWP ) affiliated funds that are sub-advised by Innovatus Capital Partners are looking to sell Flagship Credit Acceptance, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The owners of the auto-finance provider are working with an adviser for the sale that could value Flagship Credit at $400 million, the people said.

Perella Weinberg Partners ( PWP ), Innovatus Capital and Flagship Credit did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
