04:47 AM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pony AI (PONY) has teamed up with Estonian ride-hailing firm Bolt to deliver driverless taxi services in Europe, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing Bolt Chief Executive Markus Villig.

The parties shall first conduct testing and validation of the safety of the driverless service before its deployment in European markets, according to the report.

Deployments are expected to start in 2026, Villig told Reuters.

Bolt and Pony AI didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.

Pony AI shares were up 7% in recent premarket activity.
