10:11 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PSQ Holdings ( PSQH ) has selected Donald Trump Jr. to serve on its board, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter.

PSQ Chief Executive Michael Seifert connected with Trump Jr. through a mutual contact in 2022, with Trump Jr. facilitating introductions that advanced the company's public listing and partnerships, one of the sources told Bloomberg.

PSQ did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

Shares of the company were up more than 114% in recent Tuesday trading.
