07:17 AM EDT, 03/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Qualcomm ( QCOM ) has filed antitrust complaints against Arm (ARM) with regulators in the US, European Union, and South Korea, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

The chipmaker claims Arm is restricting access to its technology after years of operating under an open licensing model, a move that could harm competition and disrupt the broader market, Bloomberg reported.

Arm said in a statement that Qualcomm's ( QCOM ) allegations are related to their ongoing commercial dispute, according to the report.

Qualcomm ( QCOM ), Arm, the European Commission, the US Federal Trade Commission, and the Korea Fair Trade Commission did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
