03:10 PM EDT, 07/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- R1 RCM ( RCM ) might receive a competing takeover offer from TowerBrook Capital Partners and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, in addition to a $13.25-per-share bid from New Mountain Capital, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the situation.

The private equity firms are exploring financing options for their offer, Bloomberg reported, but there is no certainty that a bid will be made. New Mountain might also decide to increase its offer.

TowerBrook declined Bloomberg's request for comment and R1 RCM ( RCM ) and CD&R didn't immediately respond.

The companies did not immediately responded to MT Newswires' request for comment.
