Market Chatter: RTX Nearing Sale of Collins Aerospace to Arcline Investment at Least $500 Million

12:54 PM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RTX (RTX) is in advanced talks to sell its Collins Aerospace division to private-equity firm Arcline Investment Management in a deal with a value of at least $500 million, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Signia Aerospace, which is backed by Arcline, may announce a deal as soon as this week, the report added, citing the people.

Discussions could still fail and details of a potential deal could change, the people were quoted as saying.

Neither RTX nor Arcline immediately responded to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
