06:03 AM EDT, 03/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sabre (SABR) is considering selling its SynXis hospitality software subsidiary in a deal that could fetch more than $1 billion, Reuters reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The travel technology company is working with Evercore ( EVR ) to attract potential buyers, which include private-equity firms and rival software makers, the report added, citing the sources.

Sabre and Evercore ( EVR ) didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
