Market Chatter: Salesforce Unveils New AI Strategy, Will Charge $2 per Conversation

08:53 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce ( CRM ) unveiled a new business model in which it will charge $2 per conversation held by its new generative AI-powered bots, Bloomberg reported Tuesday.

The business model represents a change for Salesforce ( CRM ) from building human-assisting AI tools to increasing dependence on AI-powered bots, the Bloomberg report said.

Salesforce ( CRM ) did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
