09:50 AM EDT, 03/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Aramco has started cutting output at two of its oilfields following the closure of the Strait of Hormuz amid the US-Israeli war on Iran and subsequent attacks on the waterway, Reuters said Monday, citing two sources.
It remained unclear at which fields were seeing production cuts and by how much, according to the news outlet.
Saudi Aramco did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
