03:16 PM EDT, 08/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SBA Communications ( SBAC ) has delayed the repricing of a $2.3 billion leveraged loan from January amid uncertain market conditions, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

TD Securities, which was leading the deal, aimed to reduce the loan's margin by 25 basis points but informed lenders of the postponement on Monday morning, the people reportedly said.

Neither SBA Communications ( SBAC ) nor TD Securities immediately responded to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
