11:03 AM EDT, 08/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sen. Elizabeth Warren, a Massachusetts Democrat, sent the Federal Trade Commission and the US Department of Justice a letter, asking the agencies to block Dick's Sporting Goods' (DKS) proposed acquisition of Foot Locker ( FL ) , CNBC reported Wednesday.

Dick's and Foot Locker ( FL ) did not immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
