06:36 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shell (SHEL) has signed an agreement with Italian energy firm Edison to supply liquefied natural gas from the US, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing a statement from Edison.

Edison will receive about 700,000 tonnes of LNG per year, starting in 2028, under the contract lasting up to 15 years.
