04:46 PM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stericycle ( SRCL ) is exploring a sale after receiving interest from potential buyers, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

The medical waste disposal company is working with financial advisors to evaluate options, including attracting other medical waste management firms or infrastructure funds, the report said. No final decision has been made, and Stericycle ( SRCL ) may decide against a sale, Bloomberg said.

A representative for Stericycle ( SRCL ) didn't immediately provide comment, Bloomberg said.
