09:05 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- StoneX Group ( SNEX ) said Monday it signed a letter of intent to buy Intercam Advisors and Intercam Securities from Intercam.

The proposed deal is subject to the negotiation and the signing of definitive agreements, the company said.

StoneX ( SNEX ) shares were up 1% in recent premarket activity.
