10:54 AM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The Swiss National Bank sold its entire stake in Chevron ( CVX ) amid environmental concerns that breach portfolio guidelines, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.

The central bank's investment guidelines prohibit purchasing stocks or bonds of companies that "systematically cause severe environmental damage," the report said.

Chevron ( CVX ) didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
