04:43 AM EDT, 04/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla (TSLA) is looking to recruit chip engineers in Taiwan for its Terafab AI semiconductor project, Reuters reported Friday, citing job postings.
The company has posted several engineering roles requiring more than five years of experience in advanced chipmaking, including sub-7nm nodes and familiarity with emerging 2nm technologies, the report said.
The Terafab facility is described as a fully integrated semiconductor plant that brings together logic, memory, packaging, testing, and lithography mask production in one location, Reuters added.
Tesla did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
