07:21 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla's (TSLA) first batch of V4 superchargers is now operational in China, with installations in Shanghai, Chongqing, Gansu and Zhejiang provinces, Reuters reported Monday, citing the automaker.

Deployment will gradually begin in Beijing, Guangdong province and other regions, and the superchargers will be open to additional electric vehicle brands, according to the report.

Tesla did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
