07:51 AM EDT, 04/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla (TSLA) has let go of 300 subcontracted workers in Germany, Reuters reported Thursday, citing a spokesperson for the EV maker.

"As far as we are aware, our contractual partner has already been able to transfer the majority of these de-registered temporary workers to new employment with other customers," Tesla said, according to the report.

Tesla did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
