01:19 PM EDT, 04/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla's (TSLA) largest retail shareholder, Leo Koguan, plans to vote against the company's proposed $55 billion compensation package for Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk, Electrek reported Friday, citing an interview with Koguan, founder of SHI International.

Koguan also plans to vote against the election of Kimbal Musk and James Murdock to the company's board, the report said.

Tesla and SHI International did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
