07:45 AM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla (TSLA) sold 78,828 China-made electric vehicles in March, down 11.5% from a year ago, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing data from the China Passenger Car Association.
However, deliveries of the China-made Model 3 and Model Y cars during the month increased 156.9% from February, the report said.
The company delivered 172,754 China-made cars in Q1, down 21.8% year over year and the lowest in more than two years, according to Reuters.
Tesla did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
