06:36 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla's (TSLA) sales of China-made electric vehicles decreased 4.3% year-over-year to 78,856 in November, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing data from the China Passenger Car Association.
Model 3 and Model Y deliveries in China posted a 16% increase from October, the report said.
Meanwhile, the company's Chinese competitor BYD posted a 67% year-over-year increase in passenger vehicle sales to 504,003 units for the month, the report added.
Tesla and BYD did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
