02:52 PM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TPG's (TPG) climate investment arm is in talks to acquire solar company Altus Power ( AMPS ) , Reuters reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

If the talks are successful, a deal could be signed in the coming weeks, the people reportedly told Reuters.

TPG and Altus Power ( AMPS ) did not immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
