08:01 PM EST, 11/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- President-elect Donald Trump said the U.S. will impose an additional 10% tariff on Chinese goods on top of all existing levies due to the influx of illegal drugs such as narcotics, according to a post on Truth Social, Bloomberg reported overnight Monday.

Trump, in another Truth Social post, also said he will also sign documents to impose a 25% tariff on all goods from Canada and Mexico over the influx of people and illegal drugs from the countries.
