02:01 PM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intel ( INTC ) has agreed to provide a 10% stake to the US that is worth roughly $10 billion, President Donald Trump told reporters Friday at the White House, according to a Bloomberg report.

The chipmaker did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

Shares were up 5.5% in recent afternoon trading.
