06:20 AM EDT, 03/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- US President Donald Trump will target all nations, not just the 10 to 15 countries with the most significant trade imbalances in his upcoming tariff plan, Reuters reported Sunday.

The report said set to unveil the plan on Wednesday, dubbed 'Liberation Day,' Trump to impose reciprocal tariffs on countries that levy fees on US exports.

"You'd start with all countries," he told reporters aboard Air Force One, according to Reuters. "Essentially all of the countries that we're talking about."
