02:55 PM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Unilever ( UL ) and its advisers Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan are seeking interest from private equity groups for the consumer-goods company's ice cream division, the Financial Times reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
Deliberations are still at a preliminary stage, the report said.
The business, which includes brands such as Wall's, Magnum and Ben & Jerry's ( UL ), may be valued at 10 billion euros ($10.9 billion) to 15 billion euros, the report said.
CVC may explore a bid, according to people familiar with discussions, the report said.
Unilever ( UL ), Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan and CVC declined to comment, the FT said. They did not immediately reply to requests for comment by MT Newswires.
