The company has started holding presentations with potential bidders, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg. Unilever's ( UL ) ice cream business has famous names like Ben & Jerry's ( UL ) and Magnum.

Advent International, Blackstone (BX), Cinven and CVC Capital Partners have shown preliminary interest, while Clayton Dubilier & Rice and KKR (KKR) have been studying the business, Bloomberg reported.
