08:22 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- United Airlines (UAL) has been hit hardest from disruptions at Newark airport where it operates nearly 70% of all flights, Reuters reported Tuesday.
Since April 26, more than 9,000 United flights -- around 26% of its scheduled domestic and international services -- have been delayed, with around 2% canceled, the report said, citing tracking site FlightAware. By contrast, Delta Air Lines ( DAL ) and American Airlines ( AAL ) have only 5% and 4% of Newark traffic, respectively.
United Airlines did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
