04:58 PM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UnitedHealth Group ( UNH ) is reducing broker commissions on certain Medicare Advantage plans, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing documents it reviewed.

The move appears aimed at discouraging sales of those plans as the company contends with elevated Medicare Advantage costs that have pressured its financial outlook and stock price, according to the report.

UnitedHealth ( UNH ) didn't immediately respond to a request for comment by MT Newswires.
