12:56 PM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Versant Media Group, which is being spun off from Comcast ( CMCSA ) , has enlisted Lazard to explore a sale of SportsEngine, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The youth-sports app could be valued at $400 million to $500 million, the people reportedly told Bloomberg.

Versant and Lazard didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
