Market Chatter: Vimeo No Longer Being Pursued By Bending Spoons

12:54 PM EDT, 03/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vimeo ( VMEO ) is no longer being pursued by Italian mobile app developer Bending Spoons, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing unnamed sources.

Talks between the companies ended as they were unable to reach an agreement on the price, the report quoted the sources as saying.

The companies didn't immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.

Vimeo ( VMEO ) shares were down 4.2% in recent trading.
