A deal may value Featurespace at as much as 700 million pounds ($923.1 million), one source said, according to the report.

No formal agreement has been concluded, and the negotiations may fall apart, the report said.

Visa declined to comment, and Featurespace didn't immediately respond to a request from MT Newswires for comment.
