07:24 AM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft ( MSFT ) and Softbank are in talks to raise up to $2 billion of new funding for Wayve that could value the UK startup at around $8 billion, the Financial Times reported Monday, citing two people with knowledge of the early-stage discussions.

Microsoft ( MSFT ) did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
