Market Chatter: Wells Fargo Taps PJT Banker as M&A Managing Director for Health Care Deals

03:21 PM EDT, 08/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wells Fargo ( WFC ) has appointed investment banker Kevin Healey as a managing director focused on healthcare deals in its global mergers and acquisitions group, Bloomberg reported Monday.

Healey, who most recently served as a managing director in the strategic advisory group at PJT Partners ( PJT ) , will be joining Wells Fargo ( WFC ) in New York after a garden leave, the report said, citing a person with knowledge of the matter.

A Wells Fargo ( WFC ) spokesperson confirmed Healey's hiring in a statement to MT Newswires but declined to make any further comment.

PJT did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
