09:47 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Marriott International ( MAR ) and Hawkins Way Capital said Tuesday that they have signed deals to convert five properties to the Series by Marriott brand in US markets including Miami, Santa Monica, San Francisco, Chicago, and San Diego.

Financial details were not provided.

The five properties now operated under the Found Hotels brand and will be added to the Series by Marriott ( MAR ) portfolio within the next year, the companies said.
