Marsh & McLennan Acquires Hudson Shore Group

09:08 AM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Marsh & McLennan ( MMC ) said Tuesday it acquired employee benefits broker Hudson Shore Group.

Marsh, which provides insurance and benefits consulting, said the acquisition will help expand its employee health and benefits programs.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
