Marsh & McLennan Completes McGriff Acquisition

04:12 PM EST, 11/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Marsh & McLennan ( MMC ) said Friday it completed the acquisition of McGriff Insurance Services.

Following the closing of this deal, McGriff's over 3,500 employees will become part of Marsh McLennan Agency.

McGriff provides insurance broking and risk management services in the US, according to Marsh & McLennan ( MMC ).
