09:55 AM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Marsh & McLennan ( MMC ) subsidiary Marsh McLennan Agency said Friday it acquired Texas-based independent agency Perkins Insurance Agencies.

The terms of the deal weren't provided.

Marsh McLennan Agency said Perkins Chief Executive Mark Perkins and the company's employees will continue to work out of their existing offices.
