11:13 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Marsh & McLennan ( MMC ) unit Marsh McLennan Agency said Monday it has closed its acquisition of insurance agency Fisher Brown Bottrell Insurance from Trustmark National Bank.

Marsh McLennan ( MMC ) said all Fisher Brown employees will join the company and continue working from their existing 10 locations.

The company agreed to acquire Fisher Brown in April for $315.9 million in cash.
