Marsh & McLennan-Owned Marsh's Unit to Acquire Mitsubishi Electric Insurance Service Shares

06:55 AM EDT, 07/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Marsh McLennan ( MMC )-owned (MMC) Marsh unit Marsh Japan will acquire the shares of Tokyo-based Mitsubishi Electric Insurance Service from Mitsubishi Electric.

The agreement is effective Nov. 4, Mitsubishi Electric said Monday.
