09:40 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Marsh & McLennan ( MMC ) subsidiary Mercer said Monday it has acquired Canadian human resources consulting firm Hexarem.

Financial terms of the transaction were not provided.

Hexarem provides executive compensation and governance advisory services to public and private sector clients in Canada, Mercer said.

Shares of Marsh & McLennan ( MMC ) were down more than 1% in early trading Monday.
